I have lived here for the last year and would like to offer some plus' and minus'

Plus:
The maintainence staff are very responsive and quick to fix problems.

Managment is ok. Nothing special, but they do try.

The pools are fairly nice.

This apartment is more or less a family community.

Minus:
My car has been broken into here twice, although I doubt it's the folks that live here.
The "curb side" trash pickup isn't really that great because it tends to sit and looks trashy.
For the most part the other tenants are families, but there are those losers that somehow make it past the screening process. For example, our neighbor was dealing drugs out of her apartment and there were all types coming in and out.
