Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
We lived in this complex for one year. It is ok.
Pros:
- Maintenance guys are really fast
- Good price
- Good size
- Safe
Cons:
- Apartment is a little bit old
- Cabinets were really old (we had to cover all drawers)
- Not enough washer and dryers for the whole community in the Laudry Rooms
- I wish the staff were nicer. They are "ok", but don't expect smiles.
The 1 Bedroom with a den is a great option.
We moved out because we found a place that was newer.
