The New Management is Worst

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I stayed at this apt for almost 18 months. Recently the management changed and after that the members in the leasing office started acting wiered. They don't even know how to calculate the six month period, if the lease term starts some time in middle of the month.
