Decently good place with attractive rent

Have been staying here for the last 2 years. I renewed my lease for the 2nd time. The buildings are 18 years old. The exterior looks excellent. The interior of the appt is ok .The cabinets are old. We get one covered parking spot. There is ample of free uncovered parking. (The most I have seen in the area) The staff is good. They are friendlier now and allow use of office facilties such as fax and copier .They used to charge earlier!
If we renew for 8 months or more, rent remains unchanged. The only thing is that since last 4 months the electricity bill for my 2br/2bath is 200$. I gues the rates have gone up 35% or so..
The service staff is good.
There is no gated entrance to this community.
Over all a decent place to live.
