After reading these comments, I thought I needed to input a positive one. I have lived here since May, and will be leaving only because I want to spend a little less and I'm moving a little further west. The property is fine. It's very quiet. I feel very safe at night, even when I'm taking my dog out late at night. My neighbors keep very much to themselves, and I haven't had any problems with noise.

As for the staff, I've found them very helpful and professional. You have to learn to pick your battles and remember that you live in an APARTMENT! I've found the manager to be very nice, but very by-the-book...which is much more efficient than a manager who lets everything slide. They are making great improvements on the property, and those take time.

My only complaint has been my high electricity bill, and the fact that when I make a maintenance request, I get a slip that says "I already checked this once and it's fine" when I told them my water heater was turned up too high. Electric bill in 588sqft was $180. Now this has nothing to do with the office staff...so taking this out on them is not going to get me any results. I'm also noticing a lot of stray cats running around. They don't bother me, and my guess is that they take care of any critters that might come up from the pond or canal.

My experience has been great, and I've been an apartment dweller for over 10 years. You can't beat the location. If you can take the electric bill...I'd recommend the apartment to anyone.

This is the worst apartment, i have ever seen. And I am sure that 99.99% of residents dont say, the staff is good. They are the most rude people on the earth, especially the manager PAM is the worst person. I would not recommend this place even for my enemy. I am sure the above comments might have been given some of the staff only otherwise no resident would appreciate that Staff. Please please dont choose this apartment, they will do real harrasment when you are leaving the place.
