When we moved to Jefferson Park we love the location and the apts. looked very nice, the pool too. After our first day we knew what was comming. We saw water comming down the kitchen ceiling the very first night we moved. That was welcoming! That happened a couple of times and then my bedroom and the bathroom too! When it happened in my room the maintanance people did not believe me (because they did not see the water when they finally came) and waited two days until the mold started to show up and my room smelled like mold and wet carpet. It was an awful experience. The noise is awful too. It was an overall nightmare. My neighbor got his car stollen and there were three robberies while I was there.
