Good old machines

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The apartment is old and all the systems (A/C,heater, micro wave, water heater etc) are very very old. This cause energy costs go too high. (as high as $275 per month for a one bed one bath room apartment) where as in the near by apartment residents pay $100 bucks.
As well the managment is very rude. And they keep on increasing the rent.
