This place is very close to Thomas Jefferson park & Canal. The park has play area for kids and you can walk or jog around the canal.
What makes this community unattractive to move into is unprofessional attitude of the management here. They will never accept that they are wrong or they could have done things in a better way. You have to constantly followup for the maintainence requests. The rent is higher than most of the places around. One thing they are very prompt at is serving you notices about "Lease violation" and i guess rules will vary from person to person depending on the amount of time you have been living here.
