Every experience I have had with this apartment complex (management) from the day I moved in has been a problem. The apartment was absolutely disgusting when I moved in. I had dead roaches in my kitchen cabinets, the refrigerator did not work, two of the eyes on the stove did not work, and half the light bulbs were blown. When I spoke to the manager about all of this, I was given the "not their problem" attitude. Apparently, they do not have standards that they go by when preparing an apartment for a new tenant. I was told they have no way of knowing a refrigerator does not work. I suggested the service technicians use a thermometer when preparing the apartments for a new tenant. It took three days for the refrigerator to be replaced. Across the board, the management staff was extremely rude and condescending. As one of the other reveiws stated, they accept blame for absolutely NOTHING and could care less about their tenants. On the other hand, the maintenance staff is great. I could tell he was doing the best could with what he had to work with. He even offered to put my baby's formula in his refrigerator. Bottom line, the apartments are mediocre and dirty, the management is horrible (the worst I have ever seen) and there are hundreds of other more attactive apartments in the area who will appreciate you as a tenant.
