I have stayed in this apartment for more than a year and cursing my decision .


Please keep your eyes and ears open when you are dealing with the management because their main motto is to get your pockets empty as much as possible........for instance always keep a proof that you have paid your rent checks on time otherwise they will send you the late payment notice and you will have to bear the penalty.......NEVER EVER PUT YOUR CHECKS AT THE NIGHT DROP BOX .......they can conviniently make fool of you .I think this is their most favourite way to meet their budget.

Apartment is crumpling and maintenance is pathetic and to add to it you have the rudest and the coldest manager who can never listen to you.

The whole floor shakes when someone walks the stairs you will fear it as a earthquake.

the list will go on ......so please NEVER EVER THINK OF COMING TO THIS APARTMENT
