Wow! I have lived here for the last 3 years and I must tell you that the residents here are so thankful that we have a new manager that actually cares about her tenants and how they are treated from the staff. She has cleaned house for sure, it was much over due. We are all grateful for her efforts and her great customer service skills. Believe me, Jefferson Park is 110% better since she came on board. I think she has ruffled some feathers and these negative comments are from disgruntled former employees. Keep up the great work at Jefferson Park!! We all appreciate your efforts.

That posting is absurd!!!! The current Manager is the best that Jefferson Park has seen in 10 years or more. I know, because I have been around this long. She has really done a lot for this place since she came a few months ago. She is respectful and she listens to the residents and gets things done. It's kind of funny how "Mr. Tough Guy" that posted this nasty response doesnt have the guts to post his name and gets his "digs" in under the name "anonymous"..way to go big "man"!!!! I hope you feel better about slandering people "anonymously" instead of saying it to their face. WIMP!

I have been staying in the Jefferson park for the lst 6 months. never seen current manager Ashley or any other person drunk. They were always corteous .

I, for one, think that Brandon (current manager) is the best manager JP has seen. The assistant manager as well. They are both professional which is more than I can say for the staff. Theses young ladies are very rude and not very "service oriented". If you walk in at 5:40 pm and they are closing at 6 pm - why are the lights out already and they have to unlock the door for you??? They sometimes seem annoyed to assist you.
