I have been here for only two months, appliances are a bit old but work well, the units are very well maintained. We installed our washer and dryer and leaked into the first floor apt and it was fixed in one day. Losts of indian families but they are very friendly and family oriented. I haven't had any problems with the office staff, I pay my rent on time and I haven't had any issues so far. One concern though is the parking lot, it really needs to be repaved and i hope they do that soon. I would recommend this property.
