Friends, be careful selecting this appartment. The management doesn't have any sense how to keep the resident happy. All they do is to levy with fines whatever case they think of. Lately there is incident of putting fine for installing satellite on the patio.. Please chose Knights bridge or Rancho Mirgae (may be 50 bugs extra). Instead this guys will suck you that money by some other ways.. I have made a mistake to come to this community. I am moving of soon.. Better guys take it seriously... Its not worth your money.

Hey Mr. Tough Guy you forgot to mention management gave you over 2 weeks to correct the problem with the satellites, it's pretty simply here in America you have to follow the rules.

Yes, rules for satellite dishes are clearly spelled out in MY lease when I moved here in 2006. Ditto for the 'garbage pickup' rules & junk on your front or back porch. FOLLOW THE RULES & NO PROBLEM. Sometimes, a person's wallet is the only way to get through. As long as I'm at it, how about not letting your children ride their big wheels & play IN THE PARKING LOT! That's what the park is for. One of these days, one of the toddlers is going to get hit by the MANY CARS who drive too fast in the parking lot.

Don't know where this person has been. The rules on satellite dishes have been in place for several years. I might suggest reading the lease again.

the worst managment company I have ever experienced in new york, they are like a nightmare, it's like they were trained to be rude, they have mastered the technique to make you feel like the scum of the earth....

Worst management company ever. They treat people like a sack of garbage. They want your money and do not care about your standard of living. Rats, ---- roaches, dirty hallways, no one to call on weekends, no heat, etc...never lease an apartment that is managed by then. You will trully regret it. Plus, they one of the nastiest excuses for a human working for them: Shirley Nunez...nasty nasty nasty. I don't think she was ever taught any manners or received an education as she is ignorant, ruse and plain mean.

OMG do not rent from these people!!! Everyone i know in the building im in has horror stories of dealing with Rowdy Management. Shirley Nunez is the literally the most horrible person i have ever met in my life!! I mean that as literally is it is written. She is EVIL. Rowdy management must tell her she needs to be intimidating, abusive, and confrontational to the tenants so they can save money and charge fines in order make more money. i found out through some research that Rowdy is the same company as Margules Properties. Which is owned by Eric Margules. Google him you will find him in all types of court cases dating back years. Sueing tenants, tenants sueing him. Anyways Do not rent from the Margules properties/Rowdy Management. They are an investment company and their bottom line is to turn profits, not to keep their tenants happy. After dealing with them i would advise anyone to rent from a private owner not a Properties company. Besides having to deal with all of their horrible employees, who dont care about you and just want to do as little as possible at their jobs, they also dont give a flying eff about their tenants.
