I have lived here for a while and moved out , the apartments have serious a/c problems. the apartment never cools in summer. The management tries to suck the money off your wallet for every chance they get. They hit us with very high move-out fees , we stayed there for almost three years and when we left we gave them back in a clean state. (i had been in a few more apartments in the past , but was never fined when i left). They fined us for carpet cleaning and other cleaning fees(300 $). It was not like that in 4 more apartments i lived (during the last 10 yrs). If i had stayed long enough like this they would have steam cleaned the apartment every year for free. Something is really wrong about the attitude and views of this property management. All they want is to suck money off you and they do that in a rude manner

Maybe if you were a little cleaner, you would have got your money back.

Actually, since you lived there 3 years, they cannot charge you for carpeting since carpeting is supposed to be changed every 3 years. Learn your rights and you could have slapped them down!!!!
