I normally dont take the time to respond to these petty comments that are posted (if you ever make a posting on this website you will always get the new postings) but after reading how bad the property and mangment is I have to take the time to say I lived there for 3 years and loved it. I only moved cause of a job transfer out of state. I want to let anyone know the managment doesnt take your money I just received my deposit refund in the full amount. It doesnt suprise me that people are mad the new manager is a very active one and is walking the property all the time and fines people that leave there trash out and clothes hanging on the balcony. For all the resident that live there and call Jefferson Park home they appreciate the office staff making people follow the rules and live clean. Also for all my friends that still live there miss you.

Nobody wants to comment on anything until they really experience.If u really got your money back you will never spend so much time to give your review. already many residents became aware of whats happening in the community.
