I have lived in many apartments in US , but I have never seen such a worst management which sucks your money upto the maximum, although if you have given proper move-in statements , maintaning your apt properly , they will try to give false statements and bills for electricity, I had lived from Jul 2007 to Aug 2008 ,my lease will expire on Sep 2008 , I already paid the Sep Rent all utilities while I vacated the apt during Aug end & also disconnected my elect A/C , But they finally gave a move-out statement which was really shocking to me , they were putting the Electricty for month of Sep which I never lived there to the amount of $150 and they are threatening me to pay that amount and also they have lost my move-in stmt and asking to pay for the damages which was already there .

So guys please be very very careful before going to this apt , I would not recommend Jefferson Park Apartments. HORRIBLE / RUDE management telling lies in front of your face .

I think you're like most of the other residents around the area. Just because you claim the management is at fault, it is most likely your's. Things work a little differently than they do in India.

Why do you have to attack someone's ethnicity? If you are management, why can't you just defend against the arguments that are being said against you? While you're at it, why don't you learn the appropriate usage of an apostrophe! There's no apostrophe in yours.
