Not bad, quite expensive

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I stayed here for 2 years.
The good:
-Quiet
-Good location
-fast at&t uverse internet (dsl)
-helpful staff. (I noticed they are rude to some, but they were ok with me)
The bad:
-You wont get your security deposit back! (had to pay $100 $350 extra). Most was for regular cleaning which they had to do anyway.
-$35 charge for water every month, $5 for picking up your thrash.
-sometimes you have to park far away if you didn't pay for a covered spot.
-one laundry room (maybe 2'), quite a walk considering you need to make 3 round trips.
-electricity in winter can reach $200/month (probably due to bad insulation, drafty windows)
There are much more economical apartments out there...look around (fort worth ;) ).
This place is fine if you can afford it.
