Wonderful experience! From: adiaglow Date posted: 12/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   What a blessing this place has been for us. We moved in November 2003, and literally went 9 months without any problems. We've only had a few small problems that could happen anywhere, and they are very expeditious about correcting any problems. We were late once, and they waived the late fee out of pure kindness. They let us pay out our pet deposit as well! We have a great view of the park across the street, good parking availability, and trash pickup M,W,F. Alarm is very sufficient. Very nice neighborhood, and quiet neighbors. We recently renewed and the rent only increased a little, and it is well worth it. I highly recommend this porperty for its great property & hardworking mainetence crew, & easygoing staff.
