Things have changed with new management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   They have changed the management last year. Things have deteriorated at rapid pace here. The new staff is not at all responsive. Rent has gone up nearly $100 since last year for me. Staff is extremently rude when we report maintaince porblem. Gym treadmill and cross trainer are broken for last 12 months. Gated entry has not been fixed for last 12 months. Water trash bill is close to $28 for one-bedroom apartment. One of my friends moved out and was give $380 for moveout charges. We miss Anna and Taylor.
