My time is almost up for a 12 month lease and I couldn't be happier enough to leave. Before I moved in I was given an apartment number, which I had my mail forwarded to, but when I checked-in they gave me a completely different unit. Upon moving in, the carpet was still wet from a shampoo, the place wasn't completely cleaned out and there as a roach problem for the first three months of living here. It took the management weeks to get an exterminator to spray the apartment. There is a humidity problem in all the units - muggy and sticky. The air and heat turn on about every 5 minutes no mater what temperture you have the thermostat at. The toilets frequently have flushing issues. The management rarely warns the tenants of changes to the property. Over the experience here was horrible. Find a better place to live in the area.

I can't agree with you more. This place is a ---- hole and the management attitude is really horrible. When I came in they charged me $35 dollors for the gate remote control, actually the gate never worked and it always open. Later on, when I ask my money back, they denied. I can't find anywhere people do business like this. By the way, the people work in the office is kind of uneducated or from the low-class. If you don't want any trouble , avoid the place as far as u can
