Not so bad From: Dr2Ferns Date posted: 6/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I agree that their are occasional roaches, but they have started pest control every friday and you just need to call to be put on the list. The Lease agreement is like any other apartment. And broken down cars, I have not seen any, but I may be on the other side of the apartments. But I do see a couple of cars with new dents and other wrecked cars every weekend, but I think that has to do more with the driving abilities of the residents than the apartment complex. I really enjoy these luxury apartments (which is why they do not have many laundry facilities) and I find that they are pretty reasonable compared to the area. I have lived here for 16 months.
