This isn't such a bad place. I've lived here for a year, and never experienced many problems. The management is nice, the place is quiet (lots of kids playing, but never bothersome), and the mainenance generally responds quickly. My only complaint involves poor heating/air conditioning system and insulation that leads to $150 elec bills year-round in a 1100 sq ft apartment.
