Opinion: RUDE office staff, POOR maintenance, LOUD neighbors

because we will NOT re-new our lease here. The complex is older, and thats obvious from the inside (but of course the model they showed us looked great). Cracking walls, smelly vents, disgusting counters, etc etc. Maintenance is nice enough, but they are either lazy or the office staff refuses to pass on requests to them. Things are always breaking. The office staff is rude and half the time when you call, they ask that you call back and leave a message, so that tey do not have to give attention to you. I haved take down dever4al motoriist license plate numbrs, having blaring music. Kids hang out by the dozens in the parking lot in an area that almost gets them run over daily but several motorist (but no one seems to care like the office or thier parents) and children are constantly running through corriders screaming. IYou can smell pot everywher at the apartmt6net complex. We have had to call the courtesy officer several times although it never seems to help. He doeses nothing to help the residents or provide a feeling of being a home.





Dont deal with, the run down complex, or the screaming children...trust me.





They allowe a family of 4 people to live in a one bedroom apartment. Now how sickning it that. Who slept with who'
