My husband and I have been at this complex for less than a year and we have been looking for our next apartment for months because we will NOT re-new our lease here. The complex is older, and that's obvious from the inside (but of course the model they showed us looked great). Cracking walls, smelly vents, disgusting counters, etc etc. Maintenance is nice enough, but they are either lazy or the office staff refuses to pass on requests to them. We've been trying for 7 months now to get screens on our sliding door to the patio and on
