First the apartments are a nice size, but as stated in one another msg you do get what you pay for. My sister and I live in different units and we both have experienced termites. But when I reported it to the office I was told they were only flying ants, but of course I knew better. I insisted they send someone out to spray. My car has been hit twice (with very visible damage) both times my car was parked. Maintence guys are very nice but all they do is drive around all day, and half a** fix things. Claim to have sercuity, but when called they were unavailable. And in this economy today, someone is going to maybe be late with their rent so if you think this may be you, you really shouldn't lease here. Because they get you in with a really good special or move in offer, but if you ever have to make a late rent payment you really will feel it. They make you pay the original rent rate plus the late fees. And in all my years of leasing this is the ONLY place I've lived to have these standards.
