You must mean someone else. Scott is no longer there, thank goodness for that. But when he was here he did NOTHING....I was treated with NO respect. When I walked into the office and asked for the manager so I could meet the new management and discuss a problem I had been having. I was treated as if I was bothering him. He tried to brush me off to another employee in the office before even asking me if HE could help me.
The new assistant manager Sephanie (I think is her name)she has always been very nice and helpful. I think she is the only one that answers the phone when someone calls. If I stay here at Kensington Park it will be because of Stephanie.
I WILL BE MOVING AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP.
