First of all, I lived here for over 2 years. I paid 800/00 per month for a 2 bedroom apartment that was underneath the largest family I have ever had above me in a small apartment. They had 5 people living above me, kids screaming every night, cars thumping at all hours, drug deals going on in the parking lot every night, alarms screaming at all hours etc. The place was nice when I first moved in, then it all went to hell. The management has a very distinct way of being a bully when it comes to changing the rules. I think they do it to mess with the residents. At times the maintenance was incompetent, until you threaten to use an outside plumber, electrician etc, then you get results. Even went so far as to consult with the Irving, EPA guys. Wow! Residents really don't know how far they can get by doing that. Overall, I would say that if you live in Kensington Park, you know the ghetto conditions that exist. What makes it worse, is the complex across the street. I now live there and I might as well not have moved. Same conditions and worse than before!
