Kensington Park Apartments

Good Place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   These apartments are nice. They are older, but are kept up well. The staff is very nice and willing to help you. The lead maintenance is very friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. The only people, who dislike the staff, seem to be those who are asking for completely unreasonable things. I have witnessed angry people in the office, but they wanted things that are out of the ordinary. The water bills get charged by the city not the apartments. All utilities have increased, and will keep increasing, just like gas prices. Asking the office staff to do something about something that the city is charging you will get you nowhere. This is a nice place with nice people.
