Kensington Park Apartments is a cheap place to live if you are living in Irving. You are within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Blockbuster is a city block away, so are two major grocery stores. Lots of restaurants within a BLOCK radius..MCD's, BK, Wendy's, chinese, mexica, Dominoes, about 5 Convenience stores car wash, you are right in the middle of everything.
The office staff changes frequently. However, you would be dealing with Marina, most of the time, who is Awesome. She is very nice and very friendly.
The grounds could use some work though...THEY PUT $0 into the property landscaping, but they have a good size pool and tennis courts.
For the Price it is a good deal. You may want to consider
