These are terrible apartments! The maintnance is terrible, they think they can fix fix everything with a hammer and a screw driver. The community overall is not safe, after barely living here for 1 month my husbands car was stolen. Not to long after that there was a man and woman fighting, yelling at the top of their lungs in front of my dining room, and the very next day someone knocked on my 3 year old daughters window at 3 a.m. And last there is this couple that fight just about every week at all hours of the night, the man throws her on the floor and she goes back for more. I would not recommend anyone to move here especially if you have a family. If your a gang banger or drug dealer then this is the place for you. The rent is 775 but the ever rising water bill makes it 850 .

The Lynd Company (the company that manages Kensington Park Apartments) has a well-deserved reputation for terrible customer service and for trying to screw their renters over in every way possible. Numerous complaints have been filed about them on apartment review websites like this one and on consumer advocacy websites like ripoffreport.com (see http://tiny.cc/MkEJI for details). The people at the Lynd Company are just a bunch of slumlords who want to squeeze every last cent out of anyone who signs a contract with them.
