where to start''' the apt. guide should feel sooooo ashamed that they even list this apt. crapplex in their guide! one apt in there was so bad it was condemed by the City of Irving. more people should post here, this is great! the word should spread about these disgusting places so families can have something to go on BEFORE they enter the nightmare. it should be soooo illegal for them to be allowed to put this on a credit report if a tenant is trying to flee black mold, (why has the City not shut this down'') flooding..i mean excess flooding where the tenants had to stack BRICKS bought from home depot in front of the patio doors every time it rains. i mean someone else's shower water pouring down on your head from an upstairs apt! how gross is that''' i mean yellow pee water standing in the dining room. RUN like the wind and do not rent here...p.s. the management is a joke. (they do illegal lock-outs, i slept in my car over $20 one time).
