This is a sad place to live. The management is unresponsive. Can you beleive they charge the tenants twice a month for water bills. When asked why, the response was "there is one regular bill and a second bill to catch up on old bills"......Well it seems that after repeated attempts to find out how much the old bill is, the office is unable to pull up the amount. That menas the old bill will never be paid....
