Let's see from teh very beginning I have had nothing but horror. I went to go and get the apartment, was told to sign the lease and then I had to ask for my keys and had to see if I was allowed to see it. What a mistake, the apartment smelled like something died in it, it was filthy and had dead roaches everywhere. I was so desperate that i was like it's just an apartment. Later that day after constatnly thinking about it I tried to call the complex, NO ANSWER. went by and they already closed. Went in the Monday and told them NO I did not want the apartment and they said I would loose my deposit, I was very upset. I told them everything that happend and they said I should have called, I told them I did and even the time and they stated they were there, what a crock. Then the so called manager said show me the apartment. She was even embarrassed and not impressed and said she would take care of everything. Well, didn't happen. The only thing that happend was I got new carpet. It was still filthy and the kitchen still smelled, the refrigorator ehrn you opened it almost knocked you on your butt and there were dead roaches and black balls of I guess roach poo al over. The shower came on and then turned off and then finally came back on, the sink in the bathroom leaks, the drawers fall when you push them back in, when I pulled them ut they had razor's in them that had nasty junk in the blades and were rusty and the cabinets underneathe the sink were warped and looked like the sink leaked and they never fixed it. There are no screens or locks on the bedroom windows and one of them doesn't even shut all the way. the only thing keeping people out from the patio door that is off of the living room is an aluminum bar and I don't feel safe there. There's rif raf that hangs out by my door and everytime my children and I go outside we have to listen to them say things and make comments about us and that is just uncalled for. The noise from upstairs the guy yells alot and it freaked me out, I am starred at and then I hear whispers and then the best part, there are chickens running around in the complex. I am sorry but I thought I lived in the CITY not the country. I can never get anyone on the phone and no one is ever there. The few times I have called they told me one thing and it was nothing like they said about being there or it was going to happen, or they act like they don't want to deal with me. I am tired and fed up and I will be reporting them to everyone that I know, the city, TAA and so on.

Thaks for the information. I will not even look at the apts, and defintly not move there

I will investigate the problem, due to the fact that I just filled out an application there. Thank you all for the heads up!!!
