Nice Apts...Security is an issue From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived here for about a year now. The living experience has been fine. Since I have a garage, parking is less of a problem, but if you get a place w/o a garage you better get home early. Neighbors don't really care where their dog defocates. It is inconsiderate that there is crap all over the place, the office sent out a notice, but to no avail. People are getting burglarized a lot nowadays. This is a very good clean area, but now there seem to be security issues here. The gates are closed 50% of the time, but what happens the other half, I have no idea. Whoever cleaned up the APT before we moved in did a subpar job....after looking closely we noticed that there were a few white stickers on the wall, color matched and painted over to hide holes. Blinds were in bad shape, but they fixed it pretty quickly. Maintenence is very good and polite.... Staff is alright, we dont have to deal with them that often. The gym is worthless.
