Nice apartment, complex horrible

I do not enjoy living in this community. I LOVE my apartment. The crown molding, built-in shelves, mirrored wall and large kitchen are all special additions that are hard to find elsewhere. I have had several problems with the community though.
1. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. They do not log packages received from the post office and have lost one of mine in the past. They treat the residents as if they are completely replaceable and do not care that you have lived there for an extended amount of time.
2. The "gated community" should not be advertised. The gates are NEVER working. On the one or two occassions they work, my clicker to get in is never functioning and when I try to replace it in the office they do not have any that actually work. They instead, very reluctantly, give out the code to get in even though I live there.
3. The parking is not very adequate. If you work late and come home after 10pm, good luck finding a parking spot. Not to mention the brick retaining wall I have to jump down from the parking lot to get to my apartment. Four more bricks would have created stairs that would make it much easier to access the apartments on the Carnaby side.
4. I think it's ridiculous that only Verizon is offered in the complex. Basic phone service with no frills is $50 per month!! For that reason I do not have a land line phone and cannot get an access code into the gates.
Overall, I probably won't move until next year because it is so expensive to move and I truly love my apartment. I guess I'll put up with the complex for now.
