From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and have had no problems. We are only moving because we're getting a house. I've lived all over the place and this is the first complex that has actually taken care of the property. They make their rounds to change out the filters when needed. They come in to make sure all the fire alarm/sprinkler systems are all functioning as needed, and they have always fixed a problem when we've needed. I've never had trouble with neighbors and parking has only been a problem for us on the weekends late at night. To me that doesn't mean there is a parking problem. I've really enjoyed my time here at this complex. Someone posted that they were made to get rid of their DirecTV satellite and switch to comcast which is NOT TRUE. We have had DirecTV this entired time that we've lived here. They probably just read the note posted on the door wrong. I called the office to confirm that we could in fact keep DirecTv and that has been the case the entire time. People that have a hard time in apartment complexes are going to leave negative opinions about it just because they are sore. So it's really hard to judge a complex by what people are saying. I've referred numerous people here. And still mention it to people in passing. I recommend this complex for anyone. Children or no children, pet or no pet. If I didn't live on the 3rd floor I would say that my time here was perfect.
