Nice place, horrid staff

I really like my apartment - it's cute and in a great location. I haven't had trouble with parking at all.
The only few negative points I have: 1) Grounds/Maintenance - The gates are always broken. So much so that I've never had to buzz a guest in and, when I order Chinese Delivery, they always ask "which gate is stuck open today, the entry or exit gate." Additionally, someone hit the brick wall by my unit about 2 months ago. And, they still haven't made any attempts to fix it. It makes the place look pretty run down when I have guests. And, my air ducts for my air conditioning are the most disgusting things I've ever seen. I don't even want to know what is growing in there. I can't get them to come clean them. Heck, when they schedule a day to change our air filters, they just leave mine outside of my door to do it myself, even though they say that they are coming into the department to do it for you.
2) the staff. They always act like talking to you is such a burden. I was in there a few weeks ago and had to wait in line to talk to someone when 3 of the female office staff members where just sitting around chatting with one another. I pretty much avoid going to the office at all costs because I know it isn't going to solve my problem and I'm going to have to deal with rude, incompetant people.
3) my neighbours are so loud. That isn't the complex's fault, but still. It's so annoying. They slam doors so hard that pictures have fallen off of my walls; they yell in the breezeways to one another so that, even in my bedroom, with the door shut, and TV on, it sounds like they are in the room with me.
