I have lived here for two years and have been very pleased. People need to stop writing bad things about this place. These are probably the people who get in trouble for not picking up after their dogs or paying rent on time. Its funny how they are always the trouble makers. The squeaky wheel gets all the oil!
Anyway, I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Sometimes on the weekends they get busy with people looking at apts and can't get to you very well...but come on, they are trying to find us good neighbors!!!
When I lost my cat, Carrie in the office took the initiative to go and get her out of an occupied apt that she had run into. The resident didn't know whose cat it was and was going to call the shelter, so Carrie got her and when I came home she(the cat) was waiting for me on the sofa! Thank goodness!
THey have breakfasts, pool parties, CHristmas and Halloween parties for the r esidents and give us little surprises on our doors like candy, although I haven't gotten anything like that since Heather the old manager left. She was great too! THe new girl Jamie seems nice as well even though I don't know her well.
Quit compaining!! Their are so many rat trap ghetto apts around here if you want cheap rent and bad service. Pay more get more!
