I moved to Knightsbridge apartments in 7/09 from 200 miles away. I have owned a home for the past 10-15 years and used to taking care of everything myself! The office staff was wonderful to work with in the long distance circumstances. After moving in and actually living here for a full month it has been great! As soon as I turned in my move-in sheet, maintenance was here to repair the 1 item I had listed (mini blinds). That was a first for me!! They offer a web portal to make maintenance request and payments etc....I had to submit a request today at noon, get home at 7 and it is fixed!! I have found maintenance to be very responsive if you have the need for them at all. The neighbors are quiet and I rarely see them! Parking is somewhat heavy in my area, but not so bad that I would complain. Overall I am very pleased with my choice to call Knightsbridge my home for the time being.
