I lived at that place for 6 years at first it was a pretty ok place until they got new management and thats when things started getting worse. If I wasn't a broke college student with no means of transportation at the time I would of been out of there real quick. It seemed like the new management stop screening people before they moved in. There is always loud music and oh my God the plumping, they cut the water off all of the time and never cut it back on when they say they are. It even got to the point where you didn't even get notification that the water was being cut off. Maintenence was ok when they finally get to you. I always argued with them about rent and utilities because they didn't keep there books right, it seemed that they always had me short on something and sometime try to over charge me. These apartments are old inside and can use some work.
