This was the worse experience I had maintenance sucks they smile and make themselves look very friendly but God once you are in their apt you should put a sign wel come to hell. roaches had nests on my roof from the above apt no matter what I did to get rid of them they were my long term room mates for ever they shared my food , lived in my closet layed egg on my papers etc. I gave a 31 day notice had the manager check my apt and let me know if there was anything wrong she said everything was fine and I would receive a letter in a week sure enough it took them three months to mail me a letter with a false bill 3 months later I went to the management and asked for explanation they said it was a mistake and they will take me out of the collection I was only to pay 259.00 dollars and I was through. I cleared that and now after almost 2 months I received another letter a nasty one too and I guess this is how the game goes on.... the city of Irving has to check on the health condition of these apt seriouisly and their corporate needs to stop changing their manangers like CiCi pizzas odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
