I also would not recommend this place. Low rate did attract the wrong neighbors. Counting down the days til my lease ends.

I totally disagree with the previous comments, this property is wonderful. The construction was something we where made aware of when we moved in, they had us sign a construction addendum, so we knew going into it that there would be construction. The walls may be a little thin but that is part of living in an apartment. You wont find walls solid enough to keep out all noise in any new apartments, you would have to move into a very old apartment community to find that and even then it's not a guarantee. Finally as for the LOW RENT bringing in low class people, you are so far off base with that it's laughable. If the quality of people is so low then why are there only BMW, Mercedes, and Lexus in the parking lot. If you think this is low rent with low class residents, then maybe it's time for you to buy a home. The prices aren't outrageous but they aren't cheap either. The apartments are well designed and have great amenities. The
interior of the apartments are much better than most apartments that I have seen in this area. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an apartment. The management has been great as well as the atmosphere, just keep in mind it is an apartment so things aren't always going to be perfect.

I love the floorplans, but I have to say that they do have VERY thin walls, even for an apartment community. It sounds like elephants in every apartment that I have been in with someone above them. Aparmtent living will normally bring out some noise, but this property has a little too much!!!!!!
