Rent Hike every 6 mths..parking a disaster From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   the rent increased every 6 months... I enjoyed my prorated rent only for the first six months. then it increased every 6 months..I could not take the risk of extending the lease for one yr because oft the job... but then every 6 months my rent increased by 200$ >>at last i gave up..and im living in a very nice apartment now othere than lexington... Parking- same problem every day ..to search for a parking place ..and had to park very far from my apartment.
