This is my first complex out of college so right off the bat I was shocked at how nice it was. Love the huge windows and hidden balcony. Noticed that they had layed fresh carpet in the unit as I moved in. Tons of room for storage.
When I signed my first lease I went for 12 months, I got a great pro-rated rate. No late payments and no issues I decided to try for the same rate (special) for another 12, nothing doing....they didn't want to negociate at all which was a little disappointing.
The spiders on the hallways are really gross, and they haven't cleaned them in roughly 18 months.
I have parked in roughly the same spot for 18 months with no issues what-so-ever on parking. One note, they have absolutely no security for parking or to enter hallways. I have not had any issues yet but people have knocked on my door and I notice groups of people cutting through here all the time, a little scary after hours.
Overall, if you get a great rate stay here. Otherwise keep shopping.
