Lexington at Valley Ranch

Excellent apartments and Staff From: tamugrad Date posted: 4/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have been here for over a year and on my second lease. The entire staff has always been very polite and addressed my concerns immeadiately no matter how small they were. Anytime I have had a maintenance problem the the maintenance man would have it repaired within 24 hours. The gym isn't huge but it has several good pieces of equipment. The scenary around the apartment is beautiful. The management takes excellent care of the property. In the 14 months I have been here they have repainted all metal work on the stairs and patios, pressure washed the breeze way, and the grounds are picked up daily. I have recommended the Lexington to many of my friends and they also love it. It is very conviently located near 635, George Bush, and 114. It far enough away from the highway, however, that you don't hear traffic buzzing by. Lots of area to go running or just take a casual stroll.
