ignore past comments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   i can only assume that the negative comments preceding mine have been remedied by new mgmt or staff turnovers. when we turned in our movein checklist, maintenance was here next day and went over everything. in fact, we chose this complex because the staff was nicer than villa miranda. beautiful, well kept grounds. my car was broken into (which happens anywhere when you have speakers) and the manager put our car in a garage for free until we could replace the windows.
