Excellent place to live and I was formerly in apt business From: LisaPC Date posted: 8/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I can't imagine anyone having complaints about this property. The management is nothing but professional and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable. In a year, we have only had one maintenance problem which was repaired within 10 minutes of me reporting it. I've never had a problem with noisey neighbors...in fact, the people here are mostly professional and very respectful of everyone else. The grounds and common areas are immaculate. I work for an apartment mystery shopping company and have seen the dregs of the industry in Dallas and it's so refreshing to live in a place where the management actually keeps all the promises made to the residents when they lease. Anyone wanting to live in a apartment that feels like home and is managed by professional staff MOVE HERE!!
