Lexington at Valley Ranch

I love this place! From: datfriteandrocky Date posted: 8/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I love this place, too! I moved here in April after finding it on Apartment ratings.com. I lived in Downtown Dallas prior and have lived in a few places in Las Colinas. The apartment are nice with great amenities for the price. I am saving about $400 now and love my place. The office staff is great - I have not one complaint. The maintenance staff is great and I've had two calls that were answered within 10 minutes. They are friendly and go out of their way to help. The best part - it's quiet! The apartments have great sound proofing and I have only had to complain once - about someone's dog. Otherwise, you never have to worry about loud neighbors, parties, etc. Everyone smiles in passing and everyone seems to also be happy here. The canal that runs behind the complex is great to walk around. Even at night, I feel completely safe. I will continue to live here until I am ready to purchase.
