I am a prospective resident, or should I say WAS...I came to the Lexington to rent because of the great thing said on this site, but I left today with an entirely new outlook and I think it should be known. My experience started off great. I was met by a very busy but energetic leasing agent who did a great job making me feel comfortable, and like I was aleady part of the Lexington family, but I had some questions that she was not able to answer so she put a call in to the property manager, and that is where it all went down hill. I can not say for sure what was said but I know that ------ was cut off from speaking more than once and by the time she hung the phone up it looked as if she just got bad news, her eyes were red as if she was fighting to hold her tears back. She quietly told me that she would have to get back to me Monday when the property mgr was in, and proceded to apoligize. Like I said I do not know what was said but I was sitting in the room the entire time and I know whatever it was, was not deserved. I got up took my information from ------ and went home. I told my husband what had happened and he advised me to post it here. I for one would never rent from a property that did not have the support of its property manager, the leasing agent was doing her job, and quite well I will add at the sake of her position, I am disapointed in the outcome of my visit today and plan on making a formal complaint with the corp office.

I would have to agree with the above comment, it really should just be the apartment community that should be rated, and if that is what was done, the person who wrote this and I would both agree that, that rating would have been through the roof. My Name is ------ and I was the leasing agent that day. I am here responding after being told about this posting because I want everbody to know that there really are two sides to every story, and for those of you who live at or who have visited the Lexington I am sure you will agree with me when I say that there is truely no community greater than this one. I have had the pleasure of not only working here but living here as well and I hope that you do not allow this 1 tiny comment to alter your opinion before you see for yourself what I'm talking about. Dont just stop reading after you read this last comment, continue on, read all of the other GREAT things that our residents and future residents have to say. You wont find one negative comment. I know that as an employee you may not take these words as seriously so I am not writting them as an employee but instead as a resident because first and formost that is what I am. I am a resident of the The Lexington of Valley Ranch and proud of it!!!
