I visited the Lexington on November 3rd as well. There was a continuous flow of current and future residents in the leasing office and -------, the only agent there, handled it very well. She was very pleasant and energetic and knowledgeable. My visit was prompted by the reviews on this site. I was very impressed with the community as a whole. ------ had to call the property manager to address a question that I had as well, but it was not an issue in my case. My husband and I decided to rent at this property, but we are having to clear up some discrepancies on our rental history. The property manager has been great throughout all of this. She has been very helpful in informing us of what we need to do to address this issue and she has been flexible allowing changes to the move-in date. Any apartment community whose leadership is this wonderful and understanding is definitely a community that we want to be a part of. They have gone above and beyond what is necessay to help us. She has allowed us time to correct our personal issues when I know that the unit that we want is very much in demand. I am very disappointed that the experience or opinion of the previous person has effected the rating of this community in a negative way. I look forward to living at the Lexington and I would encourage any potential residents to visit and see for yourself what all the hype is all about.
